SEEKING a Seasoned Roofing Sales Professional – Who Desires to Lead a Team One Day!

• Up to $100+K per year (+average first year – $65K depending on experience level)
• Tiered commission (20%-50% with a draw against commission weekly)

All Around Roofing Services, Inc. started in 1995 with a focus on exterior construction services. With a strong background in commercial roofing and residential gutters, this team is looking to grow an already budding residential sales division.

We are looking for that experienced roofing sales professional who desires to lead a team, make something his own and be very successful. You will be supported in your growth goals by the owner and office support team. Further, hard work will mean additional commission.

Requirements

• 2 or more years’ experience in Roofing Sales
• 5+ years’ general sales experience
• Able to live and work on Oahu
• Generate leads through canvassing, leaving door hangers and networking
• Able to set up marketing plan and budget, advise owner and execute
• Provide the quote at first appointment
• Follow-up on leads with a system that supports at least 7 touch points
• Able to measure roofs
• Driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends
• Able to provide 3 solid professional references (we will call them)

• Personable and likeable
• Skillful in asking good questions and listening
• Proficient at educating customers with options
• Technologically savvy – strong computer skills
• Knowledge of working with adjusters and insurance companies on behalf of the homeowners
• Leadership skills
• Canvassing background preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $65K-$100K per year depending on initial experience level
